Org Admin
An Org Admin is the administrator for an organization in the ColorTokens Spectrum portal. As an Org Admin, you have the privileges to add and delete all types of users to your organization. You can also enable or disable authentication options such as Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) SSO for your organization.

Access organizations and instances
As an Org Admin, you can launch all the instances in your organization.

As an Org Admin, you can see the licenses' count for all the instances in all your organization.
Manage users
As an Org Admin, you can add and remove Admins, Instance Managers, User Managers, Read Only users, and Tech Support Users in the instances in your organization. You cannot remove other Org Admins from the organization. You must contact your ColorTokens SaaS Admin to remove Org Admins. See When to contact your ColorTokens SaaS Admin for more details.

Manage authentication options
You can enable advanced and secure authentication options such as SAML SSO and MFA to harden user authentication with Spectrum. These are organization-wide settings and apply to all users in all the app instances.

See activity logs
Activity logs are a list and the details of the activities performed in the instances in your organization. You can see the activity logs for all the instances in your organization.

When to contact a ColorTokens SaaS Admin
For operational simplicity and effectiveness, only ColorTokens SaaS Admins are assigned some of the privileges to manage organizations and instances. Contact your ColorTokens SaaS Admin or send an email to us at customer.support@colortokens.com when you want to:

Add Org Admins with existing Spectrum user accounts to your organization

Remove an Org Admin from your organization.

Add a new organization or an instance to an organization.

Delete an instance from an organization. The prerequisite is to remove all users (except the Org Admins) from the instance. The ColorTokens SaaS Admin will then remove all Org Admins (including you) from the instance and delete the instance.

Delete/deactivate an organization with unused instances. The ColorTokens SaaS Admin will delete all the instances and then delete the organization.
