Tech Support User
A Tech Support User is a ColorTokens or ColorTokens-certified, third-party Technical Support representative with administrative privileges in the app instances to which they are added. Tech Support Users are usually added when ColorTokens partners/customers need technical assistance to configure the features in the instances and/or investigate the alerts from the instances.
See RBAC role privileges for more details about the privileges assigned to the Tech Support User role.

When to contact a ColorTokens SaaS Admin
For operational simplicity and effectiveness, only ColorTokens SaaS Admins are assigned some privileges to manage organizations and instances. Contact a ColorTokens SaaS Admin or send an email to us at customer.support@colortokens.com when you want to:
-
Get added to an instance as its Tech Support User. Alternatively, you can also contact an Org Admin or Instance admin for the other organization and ask that you be added.
-
Remove an inactive Org Admin from One or more organizations.
-
Get your user account dissociated from an unused instance.
-
Add a new organization or an instance to an organization.
We also recommend that you contact a ColorTokens SaaS Admin when you see:
-
An unused instance in an organization. The prerequisite is that the Org Admin for the organization must remove all users (except the Org Admins) from the instance. The ColorTokens SaaS Admin will then remove all Org Admins from the instance and delete the instance.
-
An organization with unused instances. The ColorTokens SaaS Admin will delete all the instances and then delete the organization.
